Not a lot of kids out west apply to both of those schools. Reed is west coast Swarthmore. Lewis & Clark is more like west coast Richmond (minus the hoops). They're very different from each other.
Lewis and Clark is not as well regarded or known as U of Richmond. Same with Reed v Swarthmore (though I think Reed is probably underrated).
