Huh? W3 has the CCT and towpath - both fabulous cycle lanes!!

Huh? W3 has the CCT and towpath - both fabulous cycle lanes!!
W3 and the CCT are park service land (so not technically Ward 3) and are useless for commuting for almost all residents of Ward 3.
