I know its still early but looking at https://www.insidelacrosse.com/recruiting/commitments?class=2022&league=1 it seems kids are certainly going from other teams. I think these 22s are going to need a red hot Fall or they will get passed by as teams make their choices and start looking ahead to 2023s.

Which has what to do with VLC specifically? π

This is a good source of information. Having attended in past years, the family testimonials about the recruiting process are always helpful - whether it's high Div I your child is shooting for, or high academic Div III (NESCAC/Centennial), and anything else in between. VLC has sent kids to virtually every type of program.
Given the pandemic that has impacted the landscape the past 6 months, I imagine the parents' perspective will be especially useful.
The seminar was great. No extra marketing of "you'll all play D1" but a realistic look at the ever changing landscape of recruiting with a few pushes to the athletes about how they need to own the process...both academically and athletically.
