So you approve of doxxing. Got it.
Nope but I do have a running list of people who I'd want to avoid based on their comments.
There were definitely comments over the last few months on threads where people were talking about doxxing the people for their comments, boycotting their business’s etc…and trying to ruin their lives. All over opinions about school boundaries.
This school sounds terrible with the culture. Toxic.
Truthfully, it's not. At least not yet. Most of the toxicity and "Save Wootton' stuff is from future families. So watch out, I guess.

The lawsuit isn’t going to do anything. It’s happening. So i’m sure your kids will go to Crown as expected.
Also, just as an aside to highlight a comment up above. It’s kind of a known thing that the lower the socioeconomic level of a school’s attendance-the higher the teen pregnancy rate. And it’s an actual real problem. Sure you have the random super small amount of teenagers getting pregnant at high performing schools but it is much less common. I went to a super poor school and in my junior year, at least 20 girls were pregnant. Typically this is happening because there is little to no parenting/supervision going on. Will this have a negative effect on the other kids at a school? I mean, no but it’s still not a great look for a school.
We aren’t at Wootton. We are at a poorer school and very few are pregnant and if they are who cares. We have a clothing and food pantry. It’s the right thing to do at all schools to support families. The students parents may be the ones pregnant too.
Yeah, who cares! Just let them repeat the cycle of poverty. Fun!

None of this has to do with school building.
It's always been that. From the very first moments after Option H was announced, the first DCUM posts were about test scores and teen pregnancies(!).
Then folks pivoted to "walkers" and "process," but this has always been about race, class, and housing prices.
It’s hasn’t, but feel free to keep believing that if it helps you feel superior to those families who have voiced their concerns.
Anonymous wrote:Crazy. They demanded a better building because the current building is unsafe and unhealthy, got one immediately, and are upset because the new building has the wrong city name.
