When he is on the ground, the officers are on top of him probably trying to cuff him. One officer who is a couple of feet away from the scrum pulls his side arm and fires a shot, hitting the man on the ground. The officer all move away from him, leaving him prone on the ground. Either the original shooter or another fires multiple more shots into the man lying still on the pavement,

I wish they'd stop calling these goons federal agents. Federal agents are well vetted and trained. They serve with dignity and courage-they use morals and ethics to guide their decisions. ICE "officers" are not this. Stop calling them federal agents it is an insult to true federal agents.
