+1. They really ought to re run old Johnny Carson shows, remind the audience what actual talent looks like.

I don’t know how MAGA doesn’t see that they’re creating a path to get rid of gun rights. Maybe losing freedom of speech is worth it to get rid of the second amendment though.

I initially assumed that Kimmel had made a derogatory remark about Charlie Kirk but when I watched the clip - - what he said and what was shown was not bad at all.
I am shocked that something like this can cause a TV host to lose his entire TV show forever.
Sure there will be people who will not agree w/what Kimmel said on his show (especially since it is related to politics!) but Jimmy had a right to say it.
It is his constitutional right to say what he wants as long as he refrains from slander or libel which he in fact did.
I say all of this objectively.
What confuses me is that the FCC is stating that Kimmel lost his show due to what he said during Monday night’s program.
Yet Donald Trump has stated that was NOT the reason his show was cancelled at all.
He has stated that Kimmel’s show was cancelled due to Jimmy having zero talent.
So I am hereby confused because now it appears there is zero consistency between the President and the FCC.
You're surprised? Good morning, Rip van Winkle!
This is Project 2025 and MAGA. They've been broadcasting their fascist takeover for years!
Yup. We told you all to read it.
Did Brendan Carr really post that in response?

I have not watched Kimmel even on YouTube for over two years now.

Or, as the MAGA epublicans would say, Ted Cruz is celebrating the FCC's unconstitutional behavior.
At least he's trying, a little.
