Gonzaga is maybe the only school from the WCAC that can compete academically with the IAC.
WCAC schools tend to be much larger than the IAC schools and tuition is generally half the price if not less. The facilities some of the IAC schools offers and general resources are insane. (look at Episcopal or Georgetown Prep's campus and compare it to DeMatha's or SJC)
