It costs a lot to cover salary, rent, insurance, facility maintenance & operations, and tournament fees. Unless a club has multiple teams at each grade level from elementary to HS, it’s hard to spread the overheads. That’s why smaller clubs have sold out to 3Steps and STJ. The original owners are hardly recouping all their time and money they’ve invested into the clubs.
