So there argument is basically that Congress doesn’t have the authority to pass laws and they can just be ignored. That will get them laughed out of court.

This is why I’m increasingly beginning to believe that Trump & Co have turned this into a grift. People who are implicated are paying to be removed and Trump wants to keep the “last chance to clear your name” offer going as long as possible.

The one thing that seems to matter to MAGAS is the release of these files as trump promised them in the campaign.
