I am sure Jen is the most embarrassing American tourist. I cannot imagine traveling with her.

I am a few years younger than Jen and around ten years ago I really looked up to Jen as a strong, true, often humorous, and genuinely welcome but rare voice of faith and family in the social media landscape. She was navigating the world like many of us with all the usual pressures and heartbreaks and joys of being a mom, wife, and leader.

The woman I see now if like an entirely different person.

I get that people change over time and Lord knows I am not the same person at 43 that I was at 33 or shudder 23 but how many adult humans do you know that pivot so radically between their late 30s and late 40s? It boggles the mind.

Is she happy with how she's changed? If the Jen of 2015 saw a glimpse of what the Jen of 2023 was like would 2015 Jen scream in horror?

Clearly sides were taken in the divorce and Jen’s besties + their hubbies took hers.

Whether or not they like Tyler is a different story but publicly, there has been no love lost for Brandon from them.

It must be super weird for the Pruet’s and the Sheldon’s that Jen brought her gross “BF” on their friend Avalon River cruise. Especially since Tray, Trace and Brandon were all best buds.

What a tough row of it this “single mom” has?Is she ever home? From what I see online, looks like either her kids raise or did raise themselves or their dad is the primary parent. Another questionable "Christian author" who is easing away from actually producing Christ-centered content is Lysa TerKeurst. If Lifeway was quick to part ways with Jen, why the heck are they still keeping Lysa on the payroll? She also seems to be gallivanting around Italy with her boyfriend.

LifeWay came for Jen because she had the audacity to accept gay people as they are. That’s the only litmus test they care about. Lysa is safe until she makes that change and announces it.
