Joanna wrote one of the forwards in Jen’s cookbook. Maybe Jen is disappointed her career hasn’t turned out like Joanna’s but it’s so regressive to pit women against each other like this.

We remember the strategic efforts at sucking up to the Gaines and the property brothers back during the tv show days. Jen was so super jealous of Joanna lol.

I just realized how totally post Christian Jen has become. When she changed her position on lgbt issues, she had to assure her fans that she had delved deep into her Bible and that Jesus was on board with Pride. So now that she sleeps across the country with her boyfriend and hawks sex accessories, where is her explanation of how she learned that Jesus agreed with her that all that dusty old stuff in the Bible about sex only in marriage was silly. I cringe for her kids and family to see this play out.

Jen is in a real hell trying to keep her “brand” afloat while at the same time making enough of that money to keep her lifestyle afloat.

I wish she would get a regular job to earn the mortgage, grocery money and car payment. The shilling is nuclear-grade embarrassing. Has no one stepped in to tell her to back off?
I used to think she had good friends. Or maybe she has good friends who are trying to advise her to go another direction (with Tyler, with her career) and she is just too proud to listen.

A lot of money? I doubt it. She probably can’t get sponsors of any worth because her content is largely garbage and her fan engagement has completely stagnated. She never reached the elusive million followers on any platform despite being relatively close for years.
She swung and hugely missed with Tyler post-divorce. It seems like she’d rather sink her career than admit he’s a problem for her image. She could’ve had a Christine Brown type of revival.
