There are certainly states where the black population has a lower rate of vax than the white population. I think it's important for the leaders of the community to address it if we are going to get over covid.

Looks like it is just MAGA driving this horrible train. Trump politicized the virus. Everything is political now. Everything. To me, it's because of FaceBook. It's detrimental to our nation and magnifies the beliefs of fringe groups.

Why would I? I didn’t have them in the first place, they were just in vitro results (not even in lab animals) and I’m certainly not advocating for people taking livestock for covid. I think my post was pretty clear that vaccines and masks (and distancing) are the way to go. Not running down to Farm and Fleet and clearing out what they have for livestock dewormers.
I can post links to studies showing that these drugs DO work. You can’t post links to the studies claiming it does not? Yep, desperate people are taking livestock meds - not what I would advocate at all. However there are people formulated versions one can get but if your local pharmacist refuses to fill the scrip? Then what?
Because there’s no evidence that it work! You think, if it did work, in the current for-profit pharmaceutical world that it wouldn’t become the treatment of choice at fifty times the price? Because that’s how that would go if it worked, you know. Your theory is the same bananas one that brought people trying to treat themselves with hydroxychloroquine last spring. It was dumb then and it’s dumb now.
You know what we have that does work? VACCINES. Get your shot.

It’s a link to a paywalled article in the Sun Herald saying Jackson County, MS will allow both Covid exposed AND Covid INFECTED students to attend school in quarantine classrooms and won’t bar them from school buses or extracurricular activities.
