Yes; at this point, everyone has a little bit of dumb-fatigue. Literally mentally exhausted trying to care about people this willfully ignorant.

DP.. I posted above the KFF study that disputes an NBC poll, which is not really reliable.
I'm not a "con", btw.
There are certainly states where the black population has a lower rate of vax than the white population. I think it's important for the leaders of the community to address it if we are going to get over covid.
IMO, this country is doomed because we have to politicize everything, even a pandemic. JFC. I'm glad my spouse and kids have dual citizenship.

There is a “people formulation” but it’s prescription and it does jack all for viruses. There were some in vitro studies showing that it worked on inhibiting viral growth but in amounts that would probably kill a person.
You know what does work against covid? THE VACCINE and WEARING A MASK. So we literally have morons willing to take livestock meds - which, if you can believe it, is formulated in concentrations and amounts meant for thousand pounds animals - rather than taking a vaccine for which the science has been studied for 30 years. Freedumb.
Please link to those studies.
Why would I? I didn’t have them in the first place, they were just in vitro results (not even in lab animals) and I’m certainly not advocating for people taking livestock for covid. I think my post was pretty clear that vaccines and masks (and distancing) are the way to go. Not running down to Farm and Fleet and clearing out what they have for livestock dewormers.
I can post links to studies showing that these drugs DO work. You can’t post links to the studies claiming it does not? Yep, desperate people are taking livestock meds - not what I would advocate at all. However there are people formulated versions one can get but if your local pharmacist refuses to fill the scrip? Then what?

It’s a link to a paywalled article in the Sun Herald saying Jackson County, MS will allow both Covid exposed AND Covid INFECTED students to attend school in quarantine classrooms and won’t bar them from school buses or extracurricular activities.
