So I guess we can agree that a state's popular vote doesn't need to match its congressional representation, and there are lots of examples on both sides of this. All the more reason to vote YES.

What's also off-putting is Spanberger; she is not honest. This is shocking. No other state is this obvious. Even Texas is 70%, and California is 70%, but VA went 91% !!!
51% That was before the unmitigated disaster of Trump 2 honey. I think you need to be looking at more recent results that returned a two-thirds majority to Dems with fair maps.
