Totally. This should not be controversial. Clubs with multiple teams operate this way. For example, if one of the Capital Orange teams started beating Blue they would 100% move players up. It's just the way it works.
And if they don't, an implosion happens and people leave altogether.

Sorry but I’m out of it, can you explain more hero’s and what happened?
About 4 years ago, the Heros White team was a top 5 team, was even #1 in the nation at one point. Despite all of this talent, nearly the entire team left the following summer, 1 to hero Green, 3 or 4 to Skywalkers, 1 to M&D Black, and the rest to mid-tier programs. The next season Hero's White wasn't a top 50 team.
