Has anyone heard from Rudy or anything about Rudy since he ran out of the meeting last Tuesday about 10 minutes into the meeting claiming he needed to catch a flight.

Notre Dame reunions are like week-long events.

This is when poor Bastien will realize hardly anyone currently rostered on a GA1 team is staying at the club. Adam seems to be the main reason why no one wants to stick around. St James staff and Adam maybe in denial of that but they will quickly learn when they officially send offers that less the 15% of each team is staying at their club.
Still waiting for news on other coaches they are hiring.
Still waiting for news on what the “merger” is with a local organization that will give them field space.
Word is that they're working with Communitu Church in Ashburn to redo the existing field there into turf and add additional fields. That's not a permanent fix still as I don't see how going into a field agreement with a property owner is any different than what was happening at Revolution.

Why would St James buy a club based in Loudoun and then somehow try to set up multiple sites between those two locations? Why would younger kids go for that over a club that uses a smaller number of fields all located within the same geographic area and where you can get to know other players/coaches/families within the club because everyone is coming and going from the same few places? I get why older kids start moving around and driving all over for the best place for their kid(s). But I just don’t see the appeal of the TSJFCV setup for kids just starting travel soccer. It’s hard to keep their teams straight… north blue, south black, academy, etc. It’s hard to understand their model, which is not a good way to attract new customers. AB comes off like an aggressive salesman which was a turnoff for us.
I know people here are more focused on the older girls, but this club is in trouble if they can’t get younger kids to sign up. Other clubs near their Loudoun location have 4/5/6 teams per age group.
