HC was too quick to hire SS. They waited until the season was about to start and had no better option. She had the wrong skill set. Not a good role model on or off the field for these girls.

I don't think anyone is disrespecting the HC coach who just departed ways with the school.

Yes, it is true. Not sure what happened. School sent a note to the lacrosse families. Anyone know what happened or why she left?
Responsibility solely lies with AD and Administration to maintain and respect high-level coaches when they have them. 4 coaches in 6 years is a direct reflection on the school. I am a HC parent, and this incompetence continues to be at the girls' expense.

Tough for the program to lose 2 good Head coaches over the last 3 years. Imagine some current and incoming new families are disappointed.
