How convenient.

Considering the partner (Twiggs) is now transgender and into the furry culture my guess is that the relative is telling the truth whether you want to believe it or not. Twiggs also grew up in a conservative, Mormon household. It is not uncommon for those who grow up in a conservative, religious household to rebel and turn against it once they leave the house. Quite common among Mormons especially today with more young people leaving the religion. Utah has changed a lot over the years with more liberals moving into the state.

the "furry culture" is a right thing, not a left thing. That is a nuance most MAGAs and the Governor of Utah are not getting.

We’ll see. We know next to nothing so far.

Soon after Charlie Kirk's assassination, some on the political left quickly spread a baseless theory that the conservative podcaster was killed by a follower of the ultra-right-wing group called Groypers.

The big picture: Internet searches for Groypers skyrocketed last week as critics tried to connect Kirk's suspected shooter, Tyler Robinson, and the group's leader, Nick Fuentes, a podcaster known for edgy, racist and socially transgressive content.
Fuentes said early Saturday on X that his followers are being "framed" for Kirk's killing, "based on literally zero evidence."

Authorities told Axios they believe Robinson's romantic relationship with his transgender roommate could be key to determining a motive for Kirk's killing, and that Robinson believed that the conservative was spreading transphobic hate.

Kirk investigators: "Aghast" transgender roommate may lead to motive

Why it matters: Investigators believe Robinson's anger at Kirk's views could be a key to establishing a motive for the slaying of the controversial activist whose death sent shockwaves through American politics.
Each of the six sources familiar with the investigation told Axios that investigators believe Robinson had a romantic relationship with his roommate.
The latest: Utah Gov. Spencer Cox (R) confirmed Sunday on ABC News' "This Week" that Robinson lived with a romantic partner who was undergoing a gender transition.

Robinson's roommate is cooperating with authorities, Cox said, but Robinson is not and has not confessed to Kirk's killing.
https://www.axios.com/2025/09/13/kirk-suspect-transgender-roommate

See here’s the thing, it’s doesn’t appear to me that Kirk was worth being murdered over his trans/gay views. It wasn’t really central to his schtick, he said he didn’t agree with the lifestyle but didn’t really care that they were trans or what have you. The Mormon guy, Tyler Robinson was a highly intelligent person, got a scholarship to university,
received a perfect ACT score, or nearly perfect. I feel like we are being led to believe a completely false narrative regarding Tyler, like almost a polar opposite. Yes, he may be gay, but this played absolutely no role in anything. He was a fan of Kirk imo, I believe he was assisting Kirk.

The nightmare coaster won’t be over when Trump kicks - JD Vance becomes president. And he’ll be even worse. I wish people would stop thinking (and saying) that Trump dying will fix everything. We have three more years of this madness no matter which one sits in the big chair.

And when I say WE I mean Democrats and Republicans. Both parties need to get our acts together and squeeze MAGA out. I’d vote for an anti-MAGA Republican for president tomorrow if they threw these loons out, and fixed the things we actually need that Elon’s stupid committee dismantled carelessly.

Where is the place I can take to the streets to rally for sanity and reason regardless of party? I couldn’t have imagined that things would look like they do today; we’re all literally being ripped apart on purpose by the current administration.

Who owns Axios? There is your answer.

There basically are not main stream outlets anymore that are independent. They are all owned by MAGA billionaores who have an agenda.

I agree but the issue is that we have otherwise sane and logical people literally cheering his killing.

I’ve seen so many disgusting comments from people I work with and friends. It terrifies me to see this kind of hatred is inside them for another human.

If you want to be mourned in death, live a better life. It is as simple as that. Most people view this as a case of F’d Around and Found Out.

So you are ok with someone killing another human because we don’t like what they say or believe?

I hate the message he was spreading but I don’t think that it’s right to kill another person for what they say.

No one is saying that. It is only the twisted minds of MAGA who would take post after post that says things like

His murder was wrong, but he was a terrible person.

And then ask

Why did you want him dead?

MAGA, stop projecting your twisted desire to kill people you don't like onto the rest of normal society. Stop with your double standards, where the POTUS and VP and GOP senators and house members can threaten violence against everyday people who have done nothing but someone who simply says, I didn't like Charlie Kirk is supposed to be destroyed to satisfy MAGA bloodlust.

Did you see the post here that got deleted but showed some weird guy talking about Kirk's blood pouring out? Deranged person in video.

How does this one deranged person have anything to do with the rest of us. There have always been trolls and nutters on the internet. You can't blame them all on one political party, no matter how much JD Vance wants to lie about it.

Have you read much of this thread? I’m an independent and this has to be the worst thread I’ve read on DCUM. It certainly doesn’t make the democrats posting here look the sane and civil ones. Many here sound deranged

BS. I’ve read most of this thread and that’s not true at all. You’re trolling and hoping to persuade late comers.

There are people literally blaming Kirk for his own murder and basically asking Trump to apologize for it. I mean come on lol

No, there aren't. I've read most of this and haven't seen a single example of what you describe. Why are you lying about something like that?

I’m not lying. I don’t need to. Anyone that has time is free to read the thread from start to finish and come to their own conclusions.

Do you actually all believe that a trans lovingbfurry gun toting Mormon is to blame here? What happened to education? Common sense? You all believe this?

Yes, because it’s confirmed he was in an open romantic relationship with the person you mentioned and according to the Washington post today he confessed to doing it in his discord group chat. Friends and family members have told the investigators he ascribed to left wing ideology and had contempt for Trump and Kirk. I doubt Israel did it because he had expressed mild criticisms of their actions in Gaza lately which is another conspiracy theory making the rounds. That’s BS IMO.
