Police caught him, and he was charged with second degree assault, the same thing Spandex Jerkoff is charged with, plus misdemeanor theft.
At trial, he got a $436 restitution judgement, and no jail time, despite breaking four of my teeth.
No. Jail. Time.
So if THIS guy on the bike gets jail, I’m going to be seriously pissed.
Interesting. How much did it cost to fix your teeth? I would think that after you had a criminal judgment against him, that you would be able to sue him in civil court to get back any money that his assault cost you in time off from work plus any costs that your insurance did not cover, plus some additional for "pain and suffering". Did you sue him for damages?

These aren’t people who know him well but they have all said “he seemed like such a nice guy.” I want to hear from some of his actual neighbors because I suspect there may be more to the story.
I didn’t see him at the BLM protest in Kensington last night though.
Hard to believe he has a nice side, what he did was pretty deliberate - and calculated - he went back to get the flyers.

But... after the women-hating Karen threads, it seems like a breath of fresh air that nobody here is putting this on all white men.
Huh? Have you not read this thread?

He could have thrown them out almost anywhere. He simply wasn’t thinking about it.
He could have pulled a Gary Condit. I am shocked he still had the stuff.

In theory, yes, he could get 10 years for each count, running consecutively. In practice he will see nowhere near that, if he sees any at all.
I think a part of his sentence should be to work with minority high schoolers.
He isn't good enough to work with minority high schoolers. What could they possibly learn from such an asshole?
No, he should be doing his community hours cleaning up shit somewhere, like actual shit.

How did this come to pass? How did he not get jail time?
