20' from wall-to-wall.
Also, to the poster that commented on the poor construction of the homes... DH is in home improvement and knows construction. He said the Toll Bros build was good compared to some of the other builders we toured. Re the comment on the bounce of the floors is the amount of rubber on the bottom of the engineered hardwood. It's waterproof and good for sound/shock absorption. Here's some info on that: https://www.rubberflooringinc.com/buyers-guide/underlayment.html

The finishes are subpar, below average builder grade. Further, anyone who wants public school options is going to be sorely disappointed when the boundary study results in the neighborhood being moved out of the Thomas Wootton school pyramid.
I totally agree with Both points.
Believe it or not, a lot of families prefer Quince Orchard to Wootton if you are making a prediction on the outcome of the Crown HS boundary study which is years from now. Also, a lot of people are excited about Crown HS when it is built, which like I said is years from now. Many people buying here probably won't ever see their kids moving out of the Wootton cluster.

Thank you!! 20' does not seem bad. It kind of looks a lot closer based on the quick delivery homes being built. There are these light and dark blue ribbon markings on the lot. Is the boundary from the light or dark blue ribbon?

Yeah, beware the home sales professional who keeps boosting this thread over and over and do your own research.

. Thank you!Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Are there places nearby to go sledding? Did not see any hills nearby the community?
Not really. Most people go to Bretton Woods. Not close but not too far either.
