Except that he is not actually offering free legal help. It was very misleading. Instead, the email contained some general information about landlord tenant issues, which is INFORMATION, not FREE LEGAL HELP.
As an attorney, shouldn't he know better?
And people are posting it on all of the Arlington Facebook pages as “helpful information”![]()
Really? Trying to stay off AEM but I may have to go look for it.
It may in fact be helpful information, it's just not "free legal help"! Attorneys are not supposed to provide legal advice willy nilly to the masses. Ethical rules and all.

Right?!? And yet so many of the ACDC elite are supporting her!?! I'm worried that so many "big name" endorsements are going to carry her right on top. And she is the least qualified by a ton. What a disaster she'd be.
Ugh there were so many ACDC boomers with Cristina stickers on last night. Drives me nuts.
Any news of whether the Arlington Dems plan to delay or change their caucuses, currently scheduled for May? I can’t imagine a worse idea for public health than gathering hundreds of older activists in a closed space for hours in the midst of public health emergency. Seems to me like a great opportunity For ACDC to GTFO of a nonpartisan school board election!
There's always a silver lining!

As much as I dislike Priddy’s initial motivation for running for SB, he’s the best of the rest.
I plan to vote for Munnell and Priddy in November.
I thought Cristina's opening was really impressive, but her answers were rambling. I thought Munnell was amazing. Krieger lost me with more than one of his answers. Priddy seemed overly arrogant. Sims seemed rattled and rambling, maybe the protest was distracting him. I thought the "protest" was kind of childish and unfair. Without any proof that Sims was the one (and the ONLY one) who reported her violation, I think it's unseemly for her to be targeting him. And I still think the whole situation reflects more poorly on her than for anyone who blew the whistle on her. She certainly has her fair share of detractors.
Bottom line: Munnell is a definite yes in both May and November. Undecided about my second.
