U13 (2006) is really the only group that needs a talent influx-05 and up are doing pretty well and will be contributing to improve.

U13 is a pilot group and had several play-ups, so not sure the results are representative of what things will look like next year. The group that needs the most help is obvious--the current U16/17. The rest are OK if the focus is on development and not results.
Actually the U16/17 team is another example. There are four 02s playing up on the U19s and even the goalie is an 03. Also that team has an 04 on it consistently, keeps having to field 04 goalies and sometimes an 04 playing up who is completely out of her depth. It also probably a couple of players who should never have been picked up. Of all the teams, that one's roster has been the most mishandled.
To be fair, at least on the goalie side of things, having watched all the age groups play, I would argue that the 04 goalies (either of them) playing up to 02/03 are not a drop in talent/performance from the of-age keepers.

Slightly disagree with last sentence, only in that, if there are more selective rosters across the age groups, then girls currently playing up should be dropped back to their age groups. Agree that focus should be on development, not results. Great if get both, but former is more important than latter.

Why would CW go anywhere? McLean's ECNL program is the best in the region. One of their coaches was just named club coach of the year.
I read a negative comment about FCV's 05 players being robots. Didn't the team win state cup and isn't the A team leading the DA MA Conference? I thought FCV had several of its DA teams that will qualify for the DA playoffs. Didn't Emily Fox play for FCV?

His salary is posted online at his current club. Could Spirit Org. make him an offer he couldn't refuse and attract local talent to the Academy?
Pie in the sky, as he is Mr. ECNL, at least right now.
CW is the Pied Piper of McLean that will lead the lassies to WS?
