I am very pro choice. I really respect you though. That must have been a very difficult choice to make.
I have to say that I am earnestly hoping for the day that embryo adoption becomes a viable technology, and renders the whole debate moot.

I'm pp. I forgot to add that I am a democrat and progressive but geez, public assistance should be temporary. Not for a lifetime.
+1. I'm liberal as hell and I can absolutely sympathize with a family falling on hard times, but when you see 3rd, 4th, 5th generations of families on welfare I just don't get it. What happened to these people's sense of ambition?
They never had any. Some people don't, you know.

I despise the Orthodox and feel they have destroyed any chance of Israel succeeding peacefully. I prefer the company of lapsed Catholics. Ironically, most of my close friends are Jewish, but they have all intermarried and lead completely secular lives.

Hell, if anything, that's a motivation for me to get a bunch of cats and make them outdoor cats - and not wear a bell.
Birds are creepy animals. Fuck their constant side eye and 4am chirping.
+1000. I cannot beleive people actually say that about cats! I am not crazy about cats or birds.
Most humane societies say that about cats, because indoor cats don't pick up strange viruses and they generally live much, much longer than pet cats that go outside every day.
Although I guess if you hate cats too, this is a win-win.
PSA: birds aren't animals. And all of us, not just the birds, are looking at you with a side eye.

They require too much balance that I don't have.
Heels are tools of torture. They are cute, but I don't need sore feet, chafed knees, or a sore behind.
I don't wear heels, but well-made, well-fitting heels that are low enough and that you wear semi-regularly shouldn't cause any of the above.
Chafed knees? How are you walking in them?
