What if you bought the captains armband from your coach? Will the still take you?
They might. It’s marketable. Even if the team doesn’t agree that they were a good captain.


How does a VDA team organize itself? Do they use volunteer parent team managers? Imagine the combo of captains armband player and experienced team manager, who could say no to that, it’s like a BOGO

This is the way. But the ID camps now have a lot more fluff in there locally. So that might not get you to VDA. Regardless the rosters are maxed out and locked. Next season will tell if all the acquisitions pay off with the 16s and below.

I have to ask what are these other clubs doing to protect themselves lol. It has to stink watching this club snatch talent/marketed players year after year.
