You added better players, and your team did better. Funny how that works. Now you are crying because another team used your playbook and added players, which everyone knows is the only reason that this Mclean/FVU team got better. Now your team will be lucky to finish in the top 5 of a weak age group in the MA.
The roster size complaints are funny as well as all of FVU high school teams are over 18 players except for 2010, and if the fvu players did not leave would be in the mid 20's. VDA also has 20+ players at every High school age group. VDA also has 29 players on one team. Let's discuss those roster sizes as well. Clearly some very upset FVU adults. Look on the bright side, you will save money this year, with no trip to the west coast in July.
BSC finished 5th in NA and didn’t get out of the group in San Diego. Does that make them the top team in the area?
Yes, you can lose a couple of games and still be the best team.
Place 5th and still be the best?
Ummm, they didn’t play to win regular season games. They won North Atlantic Cup and got automatic entry before the league even started. That meant KL could play bench much more during league games, which was the right thing to do.
Also, they almost made it out of group play. If you use that reasoning, I guess VDA 09s suck too (VDA did not win Mid Atlantic Cup).
Oh, why wouldn’t you take Union players if they are better than some starters or bench players??????
Moving on from the lame argument. Bethesda and FVU used to be the best teams, now it is just Bethesda…if the egos can coexist.

Most teams have a few injuries in these HS teams so it seems like a reasonable roster size. VDA has 20 listed; is that a huge roster?
23 is ridiculous. Multiple girls who won't play at all. Yes there might be a couple injuries but it's basically 2 full teams.
The inside scoop is it's actually more than 23.
And if FVU's roster is now much lighter (it was to begin anyway) sounds like full playing minutes will be possible there. It's a key recruiting year and the goal is not to win games, but to actually be seen playing!
So… who to reach out to if you want a look from this team?
The head coach? CW
Is he the head coach of that team? I can’t tell.
