Probably helped the HC was not there to berate players & refs
How did you know that? Salty parent of kid who doesn’t play. Or did you spend your Saturday watching HUDL livestreams of HS games?

They probably would have wanted a bigger margin, but STAB is pretty good and a tough out at home. Not sure why you say they are struggling. Playing top teams from IAAM and ISL will result in some losses for just about any school. Losses to Maryvale, which could be the best team in the country, and St Mary’s, another IAAM power who claims a “win” in their season opening scrimmage against SSSAS and has only lost to Archbishop Spalding, are no embarrassment.
No not sure any other school in the ISL has a schedule that even comes close to being as difficult. Nearly all of their early games or scrimmages were against top 25 teams - and they play 10-11 of top 25 the whole season depending on rankings week to week.

Someone already conclusively explained why injury whining is weak. But since you want a comparison, SJC played without 4 returning starters including 3 of their 4 defenders, and a key middle. So........
Was SJC missing their flop specialist?
