Trump going all in with Ken Paxton, who is a repulsive man, will probably cost Republicans the Texas seat. Talarico is a very good candidate and Republicans would have been better off going with Conryn.

But Democrats messed up in Maine, which should have been a fairly easy pick up against old lady so concerned Susan Collins.

Candidates matter. Texas has a good one and it makes the state viable. I have no idea what Democrats in Maine are doing.

Sen. Cornyn, Sen. Tillis, and Senator Cassidy all sacrificed their principles to please Mr. Trump only to discover that Trump didn’t care.

And now we'll see if Dems can muster enough enough votes to flip those seats.
