Yes, FCV is the base. FCV lost all of their GA players, coaches, and field for next year. Majority of them are going to VRSC, some to VDA, some to other clubs. The GA club that is starting completely from scratch is TSJFC (formerly FCV). At this point it would be more accurate to refer to VRSC as formerly FCV.

My 2 cents is this parent is not familiar with top talent. My DD went to tryouts for VRSC and received GA-1 offer. Yes because the top tier didn't need to tryout. Their old coaches and TA already promised then spots. Some came. Some did not. An entire team was offered and deferred to just get through the spring.
