Maybe from the Embassy at this point?

1) What evidence ties Brendan to the stabbing?
2) What was the nature of his injury and who inflicted it?
3) What LI policies existed on Christine and when were they purchased?
4) What evidence is there of conspiracy as an additional charge level?
Lurid details @ sex, photos, pop singers or bickering about GS levels or how their door unlocked passes the time but don't really seem to matter much in the end. Joe is basically a red herring and LE calls him a victim.
$ does go, at this stage, to how good a lawyer you can hire and how to keep Juliana in US after J-1 expires. Assuming she does not serve a sentence and then get deported, of course.
If I had to guess, he will be charged after the holidays. Her hearing date could always be slow walked if they think that might be fruitful.
Over under on Juliana becoming a witness for the state of VA?

The continuation of these public posts is so cringey and attention seeking. I’m surprised no one has advised BB’s family to just. stop. talking. At least this one doesn’t include the accusatory JR hashtag (yet).

I mean, I imagine the monitoring by and engagement of Brendan's family as fellow victims at this point may be painful. LE's baseball signals are pretty clear and Christine's own family are LE.
His mother, also a nutter, apple did not fall far from the tree there.
