Not hard. Teams post signing day pictures and commitment announcements all over social media. Then there is IL which has a good number of them on their team page.

Believe the Saints senior who is not committed for lacrosse is committed at a high level for a different sport.

Like the WCAC, the ISL does not list their all-league team in a centralized place. The individual schools announce them. The top 4 teams got the bulk of the All-ISL selections.

SR 5 (Colby, UVA, Notre Dame, Denver, Sophomore)
