Considering 25 minute halves that is 3 goals in little over a regulation half. Yeah, that is kinda bad.
But, knowing the games are so short kids are gonna come out flying and playing at a faster pace than regular length game would not allow for so it sounds like one team came out and got a good sweat in and the other didn't.
But these results are not particularly transferable to a regular season game.
Also, please stop with "players are missing" crap. Every team at every age can make the same argument this weekend. You don't think both teams have kids at college visits too or enjoying a 3 day weekend with family away from soccer?
Over the 3 games between the 2 it was 8-4 To VDA, does that mean anything, no… its pre season.
What 3 games? They have only played twice. VDA’s 19s beat McLean’s 17’s 2nd team.
I don’t recall any VDA parent calling out the 5-0 a** whooping against McLean U19 a couple weeks ago either. probably because it’s pre season and they really don’t give two craps. Rise above McLean parents. Just sad![]()
“ Over the 3 games between the 2 it was 8-4 To VDA, does that mean anything, no… its pre season.” Who’s sad?
That poster posted a clap back today when the McLean parent started this whole ridiculous conversation. Just know that a** whooping against McLean was over two weeks ago no one said anything until this ridiculous posts today. Again, just get over yourself.

3-0 and VDA parents or coaches blame the goalie and bench.
Never happened. No one blamed anyone because we are a team and crap happens. No one cares except for the McLean parents that want to make sure to tell the world they beat VDA and really MW. Saying that the team, goalie, defense and forwards had an out of character game is stating facts and we all know it won’t happen again. Stop trying to start something to fill a deep void.

There's a 2010 ECNL team?? Thought it started at U13 which is 2009s.

McLean U19 just crushed VDA U19 3-0 on VDA home fields. Last game we weren’t ready this game we pressed and broke them down. For all you Nah sayers, we are the better team.
Crushed? That’s silly. Just so you know VDA was missing some key players today and unfortunately the goalie made some out of character mistakes that McLean capitalized on. This game, if you can call it that was just a friendly and 25 minutes halves, regular season starts next week and this won’t happen again.
Way to blame your goalie! I thought VDA’s bench is as strong as their starters? It was the whole reason they cut 10 players their senior year.
No one blames the goalie, obviously the silly loss was a multitude of other factors like no one pressing, couldn’t connect, defense stupid mistakes and no one finishing after 16 shots on goal. VDA was just off today it happens and today it certainly did but when you pick up the soccer ball inside the box during a gaol kick then proceed to drop that some ball inside the box resulting in a foul that is a mistake that shouldn’t happen. Very out of character and it won’t happen again that’s what the above person was probably pointing out. On a different note you sound bitter about the cuts, effected you?

I kinda said none of it means anything, but scoring 3 goals in under 50 minutes is a lot and I explained why it would happen. It isn't a realistic score overall but I'm sorry you lost.
No one really cares. See you regular season.
