OP just wants to stick it to her ex, if she's for real. Its not about the kids or their best interests. Its all about her. I would have just done it too. It makes zero sense to take it to a mediator and court and when after you finally do do it, you want to take it back to court to reduce his limited visitation time. Too much drama that the kids get caught up in.

Technically since medical is joint and I am aware of his objection I will be in contempt should I do so. He uses the court system lavishly and already has pressed multiple contempt cases. The last one cost me $10K before he dropped it.

OP has custody. OP had the father ordered during his visitation to take the kids for the shots. This makes zero sense. She would get an order granting her permission to take them. She's fake.

So, grow up and do your job as a parent aanad take the kids to be vaccinated. He doesn't have custody. You do. This is the custodial parents responsibility.

- he had the kids after the decision was made, and was court ordered to take them.
- since he failed to do that, OP has already taken them.
He has two day visitation. This makes zero sense and she has to be fake. No one is going to order him to take the kids. They'd give an order granting her permission to take them.

Oh man OP, I am so sorry. I can relate to your situation so much. I'm in a similar one. It's just a never-ending nightmare. And the constant insane retaliation from him...it's just so horrendous.
My DC is still very young. I'm so glad yours are teens and in a few years (can't remember the exact ages you mentioned) your narcopath ex won't have family court at his disposal anymore.
