If he finds out and says he will take you to court, tell him to do it. The judge is going to laugh herself sick.

Technically since medical is joint and I am aware of his objection I will be in contempt should I do so. He uses the court system lavishly and already has pressed multiple contempt cases. The last one cost me $10K before he dropped it.
It would be worth $10k to have living, healthy children.

Her ex objects to the kids getting the covid vaccine and he registered that objection formally. She can’t just take them to get vaccinated without being in violation of her custody agreement.
It’s like you read that a father did not win a custody dispute and have made up your own facts to support your view that OP is doing something wrong.
OP has custody. OP had the father ordered during his visitation to take the kids for the shots. This makes zero sense. She would get an order granting her permission to take them. She's fake.

I appreciate the helpful posters so much!! And yes- PP I get your feeling and where your heart was at when you posted “just don’t talk to him”- but it’s not that easy. He is court ordered to have no contact with me outside of civil communicator, but with three kids in sports and traveling and school etc there are just issues you can’t refuse to talk about without facing repercussions. It’s all crap.
This has to be fake or you don't have custody. This makes zero sense that he has to take them to be vaccinated? As their mom, why wouldn't you take them to be vaccinated?
The decision was rendered on the 5th, his parenting time was the 6th and 7th and he was ordered to take him on those days.
They came back to me on the 8th unvaccinated. He’s in contempt, I’m filing for medical decision making as a result.
Following that stellar example of parenting his attorney notified mine they’re filing a motion to increase his custody time to 50/50. Good times. Not a troll. I took them on the 9th to be vaccinated
How is this even an issue? You have primary custody, you take them and get them vaccinated. If he doesn't have 50/50 it is your responsibility, no this. Grow up.
Sigh. I am fairly grown. Grown enough to distinguish between primary physical custody, and joint medical decision making. Thank you for your input.
Why on earth are you doing what you are doing? You keep going after him and ultimately you are hurting your kids. He wants 50/50 and you refuse. So, grow up and do your job as a parent aanad take the kids to be vaccinated. He doesn't have custody. You do. This is the custodial parents responsibility.
Maybe you missed a few things.
- they have joint on medical decisions
- he had the kids after the decision was made, and was court ordered to take them.
- since he failed to do that, OP has already taken them.
