I’ve been on the dating market for about two weeks and there has been no shortage of attractive, intelligent divorced and single never-been-married women who’ve been attracted to me. I’ve been in dates with four women in the last two weeks, with second dates with three - two are never-been-married ages 49 and 53. The third is 60 with two grown daughters. I’m having fun and so are they. If you’re relatively in-shape, witty and can sustain an interesting conversation any woman will be into you. 😊
Problem I have now is a proposal for two dinner dates on Saturday. One would be for a second date with the 53 y.o. and the other for a third date with the 60 y.o. I guess I can count yesterday’s lunch with her and her daughters as a second date. The younger is a solidly middle class professional and the older a wealthy business owner.
No one bothered to respond to your original comment making this all about you, so you thought you'd try another?

This post isn't about the women he's getting dates with, it is about her shock and amazement that he is getting more dates, more quickly, than she is. Sounds like you let go of a good man, OP. The ladies see him as a catch.

No that's not it, lol. They want 2 incomes, better health insurance and more security. Sex is the lure for men, and women have known this since the beginning of time. Sorry men it's not the front pocket, it's the back one!
Or one income: his! Because they can’t afford to live after alimony phases out.
Yes this was my attractive ex SIL. Sure enough she got her old address book out, and called an old college bf. He was married with 3 teenagers in another state. She stalked him, bagged and had him tagged within 10 mo. Destroyed his entire marriage, and family for her which I'm sure he regrets today. She's a total witch, but a pretty good con.
So gross.
A lot of married women “hunters” on affair websites looking to do just that. Exit out of current marriage and have a new man support them. Exit affairs. They can’t afford to do it any other way or so co-dependent they can’t go out and get a good job and do it on their own.
I've seen different cases myself. They may have a great job but are tired of working, or want another income to travel or elevate their lifestyle. One lady I know was in need of a good pension. Sure there are cases of love, but I see too many with ulterior motives. Why I would only date if I were near middle age. No reason to ever get married.

Yeah, 45 to 60 seems like the right age range for a fifty five year old man

Most people do not get alimony.

The problem is that you are a very judge person. Please consider what impact that had in the dissolution of your marriage.
