This is why we have a vaccine lottery. Some people will "believe" in a lottery before science. And it's great this guy won!
Another bonus is that most people will do the exact same thing he is: pay off old bills and then buy something they need, like a house down payment or maybe used car or down payment on a new car, and that will help the economy. Win win.
