Another bonus is that most people will do the exact same thing he is: pay off old bills and then buy something they need, like a house down payment or maybe used car or down payment on a new car, and that will help the economy. Win win.

They don't really need to give a million. They can give 100k and that will make people happy. More to spread to others. Instead of 1 person getting a million, 10 people can get a 100k.
