Orange juice and fruited yogurt are not "just sugar bombs." There are plenty of nutrients in the oj and pro- and prebiotics in the yogurt.
Not everyone is concerned with calories. And your "stiff high end cocktail" and "good wine" could be a much bigger problem than sugar is for many people.
Context matters.
It’s not context anything. Grocery store juice, yogurt, and ice cream are all sugar bombs. People become addicted to them because it’s a sugar addiction.
Eating ice cream is not any better than drinking a cocktail or sharing a bottle of wine and it’s all satisfying the same dopamine receptors
