Did you print out the confirmation on the screen?Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I looked there but didn’t see it. I hope I’m really in the system.
Check your spam folder! I was in the same boat and was stressing about not having gotten a confirmation email. I found it the email a few days later in my spam folder. Good luck!
I am having this problem too. It is not in my spam folder. I called the hotline and they told me to email the help email address if a whole day went by without a confirmation email, but that you don't actually need the email for the appointment. I emailed (booked yesterday) and still haven't heard back.
Still no email confirmation. And no response from the DC health email address. I guess I’ll just show up and hope for the best. I know they are not requiring email confirmations but with all of the booking system issues a little worried I don’t actually have an appointment.

. Thanks. I posted earlier about not receiving the emailed confirmation. Just checked again with this info and I don’t have it. The system is probably just wonky or extra slow. I’m not going to stress over it.Anonymous wrote:email is from NO-REPLY-VRAS...definitely ended up in my spam!
I think when they do priority zip codes it’s only for eligible DC residents.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:what day is the next sign up for all zip codes? Is anyone emailing their council member about changes to this process? it would be nice if they set aside a few days for DC residents only.
It would be sound and equitable to DC residents if they did, thats for sure.
