You seem to have some personal hang ups. Yes a bigger woman can look better than a thinner one. A classic, polished look is better than a revealing, bar scene outfit... regardless of size.
A "bigger woman" as in a size 8 being bigger than a size 2? Yes. A size 16, 22 or beyond will not look better than a size 4 in any outfit.
