Hario Woodneck Drip Pot and gooseneck kettle for teaching myself how to make a pourover coffee. After nearly a year of use I can say it is my favorite way of making coffee out of all the coffee devices I’ve ever owned and rivals the coffee shop.

My large items:
bread machine, ice cream machine, air fryer, waffle iron, panini press, crock pot, Kitchen Aid mixer, Kitchen Aid blender. I keep most of these in my garage on a shelving unit.

Smaller tools/gadgets:
Mandoline - I have two. A really big de Buyer one my DH gave me a couple of years ago. I think he spent over $200 on it. I rarely use it. I find it complicated to use but it does cut beautifully. I have a much smaller one I bought at Aldi that I use quite a bit. I think I spent $10 on it. It's held up very well considering how cheap it was and how often I use it.

"As seen on TV" chopper - DH gave it to me for Christmas. Again, another cheap gadget that actually works better than I would have thought. Great for dicing onions.

Manual Food mill - I prefer my applesauce chunky but it was my mom's and I couldn't bear to get rid of it.
Salad spinner - my DH just bought this and is using it every week.
Pie crust shield - so much easier to cover the edge of a pie crust instead of using tin foil

I just brought a Nordicware Bundt Quartet pan. Since I’m sharing baked goods via drop-offs these days as opposed to having guests over, it seemed like a good idea. In the purchase process I learned that mini Bundt cakes are called Bundtlettes, and that may be even cuter than the tiny cakes I’ll be making.

Absolutely worth it. Lots of Options and price point. Or use instant pot.

What is good is you turn it on and leave alone. It switches to a warm setting after the rice cooks. You don’t have to watch over it at all.

This. My Zojirushi is one of my favorites, because I can throw it in and forget it, and focus on the other parts of the meal.

Other favorite is my microplane grater. They’re just so good at what they do.
