I currently drive a 2009 Honda Pilot with 225k miles on it. I'm driving it until it dies or the needs repairs that cost more than the car is worth - I suspect that will be within the next year. Will replace it with a brand new Pilot or maaaybe an MDX. But probably a Pilot. I'm excited!

Currently have a 2018 P100D Tesla S which will be traded in for the Tesla S Plaid+ when it becomes available.

Plan on getting the Tesla Roadster and cybertruck once they are available.

F, 55. The S and Roadster can go 0-60mph in <1.9 seconds

BMW 435i convertible (4-seater hard top), 3 year used with one owner (the typical end of a lease period) with no history of damage.

That will replace the car I have now...which is exactly the above, and it is perfect for me AND because it's used I feel like I got a deal, and it gets a ding I'm not upset. And BMWs drive like a dream.

Probably navy blue with ivory interior, or a lighter blue if it's a nice shade.

F, 55. Next car will happen when I'm an empty nester.

PS...I may look toward a beautiful Mercedes convertible, but right now the only 4 seater with a hard top is the BMW. I can't get the mom part out of my system so I'm always thinking, what if DH, the kids or the dog needs to come along...need that 4 seater. And roll-over crash? Need the hard-top, which I always have up on the freeways. Quieter than a soft-top, too.

Love, love, love my car

I wish someone would explain to me the appeal of the Bronco - is it just nostalgia? My DH had one as a teenager and is obsessed with getting one of the new ones. We don't offroad, and they just seem so impractical/small in the backseat versus other SUV options.

Exactly the same, never again. We went for a used highlander. After the Lexus got totaled sooo easily.

My husband is just like that, still on his 2001 Camry. Another Camry for us.

50s, family car for M&F and soon-to-be driving teen. We have a gas guzzling 2009 Forester purchased in 2010 or '11, can't remember, that wasn't as reliable as we'd hoped. DH wants new this time and electric or hybrid. We've test driven the RAV 4 and will look at the '21 Tiguan soon. The teen hopes for a used Tesla, but am guessing DH won't go for it.

40 M.

Just bought a new SUV for family reasons, but I am lusting after the Mustang Mach E, especially the forthcoming GT. Want an EV but will never be able to bring myself to buy a Tesla.

Currently have a ‘20 Tesla Model 3 SR+. Would love to get a dual motor and long range edition in a few years. I’ve leased for a long time so this is my 5th vehicle. I can never go back to ICE now. Don’t want to be “that guy” but the hype is definitely legitimate now that you can get one for <40k

You'd probably be better off with a 1995. That's when the 993 came out and the suspension geometry changed a lot. If you are fixed on the earlier, the Road America is the one to get.

The 964 RS America doesn’t give me much driving experience other than a higher price tag over a C2. I also want one that is a hot rod that is highly modified which I wouldn’t do with an RS America. I’ve considered the 993, but it feels a lot newer and than 1 generation and I still like the older aircooled cars more.

If you really want to modify it you should really reconsider the 993 (depending upon your experience level). They are much more forgiving (and air-cooled - more accurately, oil-cooled).

I have raced or track driven and instructed every model from 1970 thru 2011 (including the factory race cars from 1999 - 2010).

But, at the end of the day, it is whatever puts a smile on your face.

Looking at 2 right now. Either a Porsche taycan 4s or an Audi Rsq8. Like the above message I love the rsq6 wagon but the 3 kids didn't like it. 47 male.
