(2) SANTINO QUARANTA VICE PRESIDENT  $240,000
(3) MARYANN RUSH TREASURER $84,000

These salaries total $550,645.  The total club revenue was $3,625,000.  Total salaries were $1,885,333.

Just these three salaries constitute 15% of the revenue.
Total salaries & comp = 52% of total revenue

Let's look at the United Way of Central Maryland which has an operating budget of $65,500,000 and total salaries of  $18,000,000:

Top Salaries = $984,000
CEO $347K
CFO $221K
CIO $210K
COO $206K

These top salaries constitute only 1.5% of the revenue.
However, total salaries constitute just 27% of revenue

BEST PRACTICES GUIDELINES FOR A NON-PROFIT REGARDING TOTAL SALARIES AS A % OF TOTAL REVENUE is 25-35%.

PIPELINE PARENTS....YOU NEED TO START ASKING QUESTIONS.  IS PIPELINE A NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION OR IS IT A MONEY MINTING MACHINE?

Bro rehashing a thread 5 years later… who gon tell him?

When you have a director who is a former USMNT and DC United player, that's easy to understand. What Pipeline dad is missing here is the girls are not that great. Maryland United holds that title for U13 and up with four #1 teams in Maryland across U13 through U19. After Maryland United, I would say Bethesda holds the advantage for now.

If anyone does care, Pipeline Girls actually take on Bethesda this weekend. Both of the 07 teams are on the bottom of ECNL so that could be interesting.

Lastly, none of them compare to Loudoun or FCV, so nobody has to worry about that.

The GU18/19 Composite teams have already played. Bethesda 5-1 over Pipeline.

The 07 Pipeline girls team is one of the weaker ones, but 02, 04 and 05 are all strong and have been for years, 06 is maybe a notch less good than those three but improving.

On the boys side there is MLS competition with Armour, which draws players from overlapping markets, as does Pipeline.

Exactly. There are a lot of kids who live in between Baltimore and the almighty Virginia suburbs (stop saying DC suburbs like it matters) who can pick between going north or south. People in this area have such an inferiority complex. If you don't like a topic then go back to commenting on others about how FCV, Arlington, or Alexandria are all terrible people and clubs.

Why do you care? Ignore if it doesn’t interest you.
