Agree with the view point that suiting is "too masculine" for Trump, who is known to prefer women in dresses for his own neurotic reasons (to reassure him of his own preferred masculinity and power) and i agree it is likely she was "assisted" in this way. This is unfortunate because she has a traditionally feminine look and attractive face that actually looks great and benefits from the addition of some masculine structure in her clothing. It's a visually pleasing balance, as well as being a better match to the seriousness of the occasion, but it was not what she chose for what I suspect are varied reasons, who knows? And I'm a democrat so what do i know? I also have this kind of coloring and find navy is not prone to washing me out at all but is very pleasing. Black can still be too and she could have added color, even the color she wore, on the shell underneath. I am showing my kamala bias here I suppose....

I do not think it’s that at all. 3/4 sleeves are just flattering, and professional yet non-stodgy on women. Short sleeves would look darn silly; long sleeves are hard to fit for people with long limbs also look stodgy and 80sish.


Her daughters wear short sleeves. And sleeveless.

But if you look on Google, you'll find plenty of long sleeves (blazers) on her and a lot of three quarter length sleeve dresses and no short sleeves, except for a video where reporters surprised her at her house.

She's dirty blonde, not brown. She is definitely, definitely not a brunette!

Did anyone else notice the wet spot when she stood up to take the Oath? It was not a good look. Couldnt tell if it was shadows, water spill or stress sweat.
