How old is your kid? You’re already on your third, sort of fourth now, nanny? And you were only hiring this one for 6-8 weeks? What the what? I suspect you are the problem. (I have 3 kids and have employed nannies for 6 years. We’re on #2 and that’s only because we started with a share. Originally nanny still works for the original share family.)

I have an "expired" MD license. I put expired in quotes because they have suspended the expirations during the pandemic. You can't get an appt.

If I lived a mile from work, I would NEVER drive. That's a 15-minute walk, and good exercise.
