What happens when it’s legal nationwide? Which will be in a year if Biden wins. The smell may follow you to Annandale or whatever stupid exurb you live in. What are you going to do??? Imagine all those criminals who smoked pot and live among you!

I still don't want anyone near me toking up. It stinks and is disgusting. Do it in your house where no one else has to be forced to see, smell, breath in your disgusting habit.

No. I won’t. I’ll smoke on my porch and you will move.

Republican Trumpkin.

NP. I'm a conservative (although not a "Trumpkin", I'd prefer someone else on the conservative side to be President) and you can't look at us for this. I don't know a single conservative who wants to live next door to people getting high (whether that's pot or mushrooms), let alone do it themselves. All the conservatives that I know would happily ban all drugs with very steep penalties. Getting high is far more popular (and tolerated) on the left. Just look at where in the country drugs have been decriminalized.

Look I know the good old days of drinking whiskey and allowable wife beating are kind of winding down, but could you see it in your patriotic heart to leave a few harmless tokers alone? They won’t still your black lawn jockey. In fact, they’re both lawyers and kind of resent having their $2m house next your trailer. Go back inside? buddy. Maury is on and it’s a “not the father” episode, which should calm your temper.

Notice nobody’s complaining about the chaos and disruption and irresponsible behavior they are sick of dealing with from all the hazy-eyed heads stumbling around acting stupid and stirring up trouble.

Notice OP isn’t complaining about the noise of loud music late at night coming from the neighbors or irritated with the condition of their house as a consequence of their being baked all the time or upset about the steady stream of shady characters coming to their neighbors house.

No, none of that.
No, the sole grievance made is the smell.

Well sorry Agent Smith if you don’t care for the odor of “this zoo” but that’s your problem not the neighbors.
They’re not doing anything wrong they are well within their rights to light up on their property so on behalf of all the law-abiding pot smoking neighbors to all you annoyed Agent Smith’s out there...

My brother started smoking pot at age 13. He was dead at age 50 from substance abuse.

China moved on to the opium dens of the 1800's and early 1900's.

The pot smell is not tolerated by the gentrifiers.

Indeed and good choice - just leave.
Less whining.
The whining is far more irritating than the smell.

I didn’t whine, I just left. FWIW one of my best friends is in the industry. I don’t have any moral objection to the stuff. But it really smells like ass.

So does Tex-Mex food but to each his own.
If your neighbors were routinely outside eating that crap you’d be respectfully tolerant and shit out of luck in terms of plotting to stop them.
Nothing illegal about beans and onions. They’re plants.
See the similarity?

All smoke - cigarettes, cigars, weed - it all stinks. I don’t complain about my pot-smoking neighbors but I don’t understand how they can put that in their homes and in their bodies. But I guess they need it to feel good.

There was a cloud of pot smoke over the Hearst playground the other day coming from the basketball court where the players had wrapped up a game. Talk about selfish. The problem with common sense laws is that they assume people have common sense and are not selfish. 2020 has proven the exact opposite.

Yeah. Sure. You’re Black.

That sounds racist

All the more reason y’all need to stop whining about the aroma and INHALE some second hand
Folks too uptight and on edge and easily upset
Weed will calm y’all asses down
