I got the impression Cristina barely tolerated Tarek, but he seemed so in love with her.
Agree with this. But why did she have so many babies?

I have money on Tarek's engagement ending shortly.

He needs to honor the commitment to his older children first.
Uh no, he chose to bring a new baby into the world and needs to parent it. And do his best with his older kids, as was apparently the plan until he suddenly changed his mind.
He can parent the new kid from the UK just like he was parenting the older ones from LA. What’s the difference? He can “do his best” with the baby.
He has a well established relationship with the older kids. He'll end up being a stranger to the baby, which is horrible.

Anonymous wrote:I don't know if this is their situation but I think there can be a broad tendency of the adults in these remarriages to minimize the challenges and difficulties inherent in blended families. It takes an enormous amount of patience and maturity and i would think time for people to adjust, cope and adapt. Maybe they did not have the maturity. It's not a first marriage, and life is not the brady bunch.

There can be a real high and a kind of narcissism inherent in having babies.
