OP here - I totally agree with this. It all seems to be anxiety related (she says she is scared she will pass out and embarrass herself. I don’t want her to give into the anxiety. And in moco if they actually get a to have a high school season I can imagine they might make them wear masks. She would die if she could play for her high school. She lives for soccer.

Find the YouTube video of the guy running around the track while wearing several masks. She's not going to pass out because she's wearing a mask. She's psyching herself out about it without even trying it -- have her wear the mask around outside, taking a walk, taking a short jog, etc., so she can see it's all in her head.

That is irresponsible and dangerous medical advice which you are not qualified to provide.

what medical advice did that person give? lol. The stupidity on this board is worrisome.

He says it isn’t too bad and he pulls it down to get some fresh air when he isn’t part of the action.

To clarify, I’m talking about when he is standing still or when the ref has the ball between plays, a pull down, get a breath, replace mask. Not pull down and leave it there. More like adjusting the mask and taking a breath here and there when appropriate distancing is possible.

Tell her to try it and she will get used to it. My son did, and he is a year younger. It was uncomfortable at first, and you don't get as much air as without, but he adapted. The other choice is not playing, as I am not driving him to another team someplace else - I'm too busy for that.

I wonder if any refs at MoCo games will issue a penalty of any kind if he sees a player not wearing a mask properly. It would be an asinine move.
