Her lawyer was talking about her mental capacity in a legal sense, not in a health sense. He wasn’t saying she was comatose or comparing her to someone who was comatose, he was talking about legal mental capacity and what he lawyers role is with regards to that.

why doesnt Jamie Lynn post something or defend and help her sister? Like, we can all see the IG posts and know there is something wrong. It's not just assuming at this point or a little phase.

I read that article also it was a little surprised. I can’t imagine a lawyer making a joke about that, so maybe she does have some really serious mental incapacity’s? I presume she was immature and probably a little intellectually challenged, and stunted, but this sounds extreme. She may not have custody of her children, but she’s obviously been able to participate in her business ventures, create and perform her shows, or even post often to IG. We’ve seen lots of paparazzi photos of her out shopping, eating at restaurants and she posts videos of her workouts and dances. Has something changed and she’s just on a ton of mood stabilizers and can’t function? Or do we think his reference was more that she doesn’t have the capacity to understand legal jargon on a contract she may be signing (although, I know a lot of adults that struggle with that also).

Agree. But also her parents (her dad was an alcoholic for most of her childhood and her mom was desperate for fame) are terrible and she was a child star in an industry full of child predators. There’s actually a pretty interesting documentary about all the predators in entertainment on HBO now that’s pretty interesting.

He doesn’t work. His wife also doesn’t work and he has I think three other children. Childhood trauma and abuse a la MK Ultra. Britney is now “glitching” but is still expected to “perform” because of her various contracts for music, etc. For all the technology & across we are privy to these days it’s a wonder the masses don’t ever get to read through the contracts these celebrities signed. I’d love to read what kind of contract deals these people have. It’s clear Britney is being forced to post and interact with the public instead of having time off for R &R because it’s all about her being a slave for wealthy corporations.

My very good friend taught their kids in Calabasas. She said K Fed is an excellent father, very hands on and serious. Apparently he has several gigs (DJs, party appearances, companies). He has had basically full custody for a very long time. She said Britney was super nice and cared a lot about her kids, but a bit flighty.

He's a scumbag POS who only got close to her and exploited her because she's been a mentally ill infantile her entire adult life. He was the first in a long line of men who exploited her. It's sad.

I'm sure there are a lot of examples, but Miranda Lamberts husband comes to mind. He is living the dream! Got to stop being a NYPD officer, quickly married Miranda and now lives it up by the pool and chilling with celebrities. They have never mentioned his daughter (fine) but she did say she's a stepmom in a concert I went to last year. I would love to know what that arrangement is like....
