Thank god for Elrich! I'd vote for him again and again.

what else is new? MoCo is over regulated and over taxed because of too much government intrusion into your life. Liberal Democrats have to control your life. you can't even buy liquor and beer in the same store like you can virtually everywhere else in MD because liberal democrats need to control that too just to make your life difficult.

Huh? No — outdoor dining is allowed in MoCo.

But I literally just got an email from Elrich saying he’s maintaining the stay at home order.

That’s because he’s a moron. I’m sorry, but it’s true.

We’re under a stay at home order (not the “safer at home” thing Hogan is doing) and yet all this stuff is open?

What are you talking about? The stay-at-home order was lifted in Montgomery County.

No it wasn’t. Elrich reiterated it yesterday: https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/MDMONTGOMERY/bulletins/28f16c5

MoCo’s 7-day rolling average for cases and deaths are now as follows:

Cases: 196
Deaths: 7

Both have continued to decline. Our positivity rate is 11.12%, down from 11.58% yesterday and 13% a few days ago. That’s below the CDC benchmark for Phase 2 of their reopening plan (the cutoff is 15%). MD’s positivity rate is 8%, below the CDC’s benchmark for Phase 3, the final reopening stage in their plan.

eh.. I'm a moderate, and it's fine. It's not perfect, but I love the diversity. It is one of my deal breakers when moving. Typically, diverse places tend to be more liberal. Maybe you are more of a "southern" liberal?

We’re testing more, so cases flattening out amid more testing is a very GOOD thing.
