I loved them growing up. Grew up with all of their movies, full house, etc. I feel bad for them though. I feel like they were pimped out as kids with the 1000 movies they made from the time they were what babies.
They were adorable when they were little but they've gotten weird in adulthood....the way they never smile and seem almost ghost like. When I think of those skeletal children in A Christmas Carol - Ignorance and Want - I immediately think of Mary Kate and Ashley.
It is odd how such cute little girls could grow up to be such peculiar women. This strange marriage is just one more odd thing...
No they weren’t. They looked like monkeys as kids on Full House. I could not stand them.

I keep thinking about the reports that they just had bowls of cigarettes out everywhere at their wedding.
I remember that.

Even with unlimited money it is difficult to get movers in Manhattan right now.
Money and fame talk. She absolutely can find movers and probably anything else she wants. Get real. Sorry for your niece.
It does not matter how much money you have now. It is difficult to get movers and anyone to do trucking in Manhattan now. A friend who does trucking
and lives in Delaware got called on some trucking jobs in Manhattan. He could not believe it they called him when his trucking company is based in Delaware. Top, top money offered. He turned it down.
If you don't have to do business in Manhattan right now you aren't. There is such a thing as Coronavirus going on. Some jobs are not worth it no matter what the money.
You're fooling yourself if you don't think money and fame can't get you movers even during a pandemic. But she's not making the calls herself, one of her assistants did. A good friend of mine got movers to move from NYC down to Virginia 2 weeks ago, just by calling a friend of a friend and offering to pay double. It's the way the world works.

She’s obviously nicotine addicted.
Honestly, who cares?
This. It doesn’t matter if she’s addicted. She’s had some life for as young as she is. Can you imagine being worked so hard that you retire at 16 with 100M in the bank? And she has clearly suffered with her eating disorder. She should be able to spend her days out of the public eye, smoking and riding her horses.
Whoever handled her finances for her was a financial wizard if she had 100M. So many child stars wind up broke and hooked on drugs. Think about all of the super famous celebrities who have been in the business for decades and they have nowhere near 100M in personal wealth.
The weirdness that we see in Mary Kate and Ashley Olson happened AFTER they "retired" and started to grow up. That is probably because it is weird for a 16 year old to have access to so much wealth. Of course they aren't grounded. They have been living in Lalaland.
Their parents managed their money and protected their wealth when they were kids. I remember reading that when they started making those straight to video movies, their parents insisted on listing the girls as executive producers in addition to actresses. They were 6 or 7 at the time. Their parents made sure the girls had ownership rights to everything they did.
It was really interesting.
