Not really. There is no rush to make any moves at 08 and most are staying put.
It is if 08's at former DA clubs get nervous about GA and make an exodus to ECNL.
What is there to be nervous about? 08’s, 09’s all have lots of time. No need to rush to a team for a patch. This isn’t 2010 when there were two clear cut teams to join.
The parents moving now are doing so out of fear and it is because they feel they need to get their kid established. Quality players can afford to wait it out wherever they are club/team/league wise.
Must be the parent of a McLean 08. Given the poor state of the team, I would think you would want to get some better players.
Why are there so many ex mclean 08’s playing for other teams? What happened?
False. 2 left for Arlington, 1 left for FCV, 1 left for Metro and i went to Vienna. No mixups with offers.
They only lost 1 quality player because of a mix up with her offer. A couple of others simply did not make the cut and moved because they did not want to play for the B team.
Looks like the 08's are destined for greatness like the 06's and 04's.

No, but it is clearly hoped for. But again, people don’t seem to understand that when a team is as bad as it is a patch will not draw talent alone.
There is no truth to that at all. My daughter joined the McLean 01 team around U16 after they only won a few games and were near the bottom of the ECNL. They finished 2nd in the nation their last year. A lot of the best players on the team the last year were on the teams that barely won so it was not just recruiting. My daughters class was amazing their first year at college. McLean actually did an article on it that I saw on Facebook.
McLean is always going to be attractive in the older years because of the college connections of their coaching staff and that is why we went. A huge strength of McLean is the consistency of their coaching staff.
I'm glad my daughter did not make her decision based on wins and losses. McLean was a great choice for my daughter.

McLean overloads rosters. At U10 when the team is playing 7 vs. 7 they had 15 girls on the team. The stars had to leave if they wanted to play more than 1/2 of the game. Most left for DA teams so it will be interesting to see if they return.
You must mean DA clubs.
