No connections to church bc I watch it online (the noise/crowd was overwhelming).

Lost "the friends" mostly in the divorce.

I am alone and broke and rapidly unwinding

I did call per my other thread. On the phone for almost an hour. Didn't talk too much about the financial stuff, just kids.

And now that I have more compelling reasons to do what I think ought to be done I don't know how to accomplish it and actually do it.

Memory issues--eat protein, eat fats, avacados, olive oil, eat veggies, eat fruits. Eat walnuts-unprocessed and other nuts unprocessed. Eat some carbs, sweet potatoes, rice, potato,

Eat nothing processed. Many can get 25 - 30% improvement through diet. Eat nothing out of packages. Eat nothing with ingredient lists on them. Eat from mother nature.

Eliminate all sugar.

Take care of yourself.

Well that's the thing - I feel unbearable guilt about #1 so just up and leaving #2 is messing with my head.

What good is my word? My promise? My promise before God?

Then again, this entire situation is a complete and utter disaster. So how does that play into everything?

I just want to say to OP that when you said you're "taking my vows seriously" has been rankling with me. If that were true, you'd never have divorced wife #1. Sorry. Truth.
