Well they aren’t all rich. But in the Mormon culture there is ZERO shame in being rich and flashing it as long as you’re a good (read:tithing) member of the church. The more you have, the more the church gets.

As for Mormon women, blogging is popular for the same reason why MLM schemes are. Women are very much discouraged from working outside the home and they have kids early. They’re college educated but are discouraged from using their degrees, in the case of UMC Mormon women. There’s also hiring discrimination because ppl assume they’ll quit at age 23 to have a kid.


Their religion discourages smoking, alcohol and caffeine so they are not spending $70 per week at Starbucks.

On the plus side Kendra looks like a real Mom. No plastic there. I can't imagine giving birth to that many children.
